Please fill out the form and mail to: Nesting Loon Cabins 1020 Lee Road Lincoln, ME 04457 or call us at(207) 794-6480 Deposit policy: 50% of cabin rate required for deposit. Deposit is due within 10 days of reserving your cabin. Confirmations will be mailed to you. We accept personal checks for deposits. Confirmations may be held while personal checks clear the bank. Security deposit: $200 security deposit is due upon arrival. It will be refunded within 3 days after departure as long as the cabin is found to be clean, in neat condition and with no damage. Cancellation policy: Deposits will be refunded ONLY if the cabin is re-rented, and 20 working days notice is given. |
